肝病患者不宜吃很多人认为,大蒜能抗菌、抗病毒,于是就靠生吃大蒜来预防肝炎,但这种做法对肝炎病人极为不利,因为大蒜对肝炎病毒没有杀灭作用,相反,大蒜中的某些成分对胃肠道还有刺激作用,可抑制肠道消化液的分泌,影响食物消化,从而加重肝炎病人的恶心等诸多症状。
