过去我们镗发动机汽缸时,采用镗刀刀尖定心。用这种方法定心准确性差,并且不能校正缸套的垂直度,影响了加工质量。最近修理车间镗工胥锦云同志制作了一种百分表定心器,结构如图1所示。固定套2以固定螺钉1固定在镗床镗杆上。在固定套2上焊有立柱4,在立柱4上用螺钉固定着两个夹板9,此上装有固定轴7,杠杆8可绕固定轴7摆动。杠杆上端接触百分表量头,下端装有触杆6。制作时杠杆中心要保持a= b(如图2)。触杆6表面淬火到HRC52~56,圆头表面光洁度达▽▽▽7。
