随着我国科技的快速发展,整个市场的竞争也变得很激烈,对于机械制造产品市场来讲也是如此。当今社会,人们更多的是去追求个性化、多样性的服务,对产品的要求也越来越精密,那么,传统的生产制造显然是不能够满足需求的。鉴于这种情况,数控机床及数控技术等被广泛的应用到机械制造等行业,并且取得了良好的效果,数控机床加工的零件精密度也非常高。本论文主要对数控技术在生产中的相关应用进行了探讨,希望本论文的相关研究及分析工作能够为我国数控技术的发展提供一定的参考。
With the rapid development of science and technology in our country, the competition in the whole market has become fierce too, which is also true for the machinery manufacturing product market. In today’s society, people are more pursuit of personalized, diverse services, product requirements are more and more sophisticated, then the traditional manufacturing is obviously not able to meet demand. In view of this situation, CNC machine tools and numerical control technology are widely used in machinery manufacturing and other industries, and achieved good results, CNC machining parts of the precision is also very high. This dissertation mainly discusses the application of CNC technology in production, and hopes that the related research and analysis in this thesis can provide reference for the development of CNC technology in our country.
