低能量氦氖激光血管内照射血液(Introvascular Laser Irradiation on Blood,ILIB)疗法是我国新兴起的一项高科技治疗技术。我科自1995年以来应用ILIB治疗脑梗塞取得了明显疗效,其中对部分脑梗塞患者血液流变学改变进行了临床观察,现分析如下。 1.临床资料 一般资料 治疗对象为我科1995年~1996年间的脑梗塞住院病人,随机分为ILIB组和对照组。每组30例,两组病例均按照1986年全国第二届脑血管病会议制定的诊断标准和头颅CT确诊。ILIB组:年龄46~70岁,平均62.1±7岁,男性20例,女性10例。伴发病、神经功能缺损评分分别为1.46±0.4,2.86±1.3,16.8±10.3。其中颈内动脉系统29例,椎基底动脉系统1例;对照组:年龄49~68岁,平均63±6岁,男21例,女9例。伴发病、神经功能缺损评分分别为1.5±0.2,2.74±1.7,15.9±10.8。其中颈内动脉系统28例,椎基底动脉系统2例。两组积分无明显差异(P>0.05)。
Low-energy He-Ne laser Introvascular Laser Irradiation on Blood (ILIB) therapy is a new high-tech treatment technology in our country. Our department has been using ILIB since 1995 to achieve a significant effect of treatment of cerebral infarction, of which part of the cerebral infarction in patients with blood rheology were clinically observed, are analyzed as follows. 1. Clinical data General information for the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction in our department from 1995 to 1996, were randomly divided into ILIB group and control group. Each group of 30 cases, two groups of patients were diagnosed in accordance with the diagnostic criteria set by the Second National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference in 1986 and the head CT. ILIB group: Aged 46 to 70 years, with an average of 62.1 ± 7 years, 20 males and 10 females. Associated with the disease, neurological deficit scores were 1.46 ± 0.4, 2.86 ± 1.3, 16.8 ± 10.3. Among them, 29 cases of internal carotid artery system and 1 case of vertebrobasilar artery system. The control group was 49-68 years old with an average of 63 ± 6 years old, 21 males and 9 females. Associated with the disease, neurological deficit scores were 1.5 ± 0.2, 2.74 ± 1.7, 15.9 ± 10.8. Including internal carotid artery system in 28 cases, vertebrobasilar system in 2 cases. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05).
