石油企业的固定资产是国有资产的重要组成部分,在企业的总资产中所占的比重很大,是企业赖以生存和发展的物质基础,强化固定资产管理对于保护固定资产的安全完整,挖掘固定资产潜能,提高固定资产运营效率,实现国有资产保值增值,促进石油企业持续、平稳、健康发展具有重大意义。
The fixed assets of petroleum enterprises are an important part of state-owned assets, which account for a large proportion of the total assets of the enterprises. They are the material basis for the survival and development of the enterprises. Strengthening the management of the fixed assets is safe and complete for the protection of fixed assets. The potential of fixed assets, improve the operational efficiency of fixed assets, to achieve the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets, and promote the sustained, steady and healthy development of petroleum enterprises is of great significance.
