辽宁东戴河新区是辽宁沿海经济带的起点,规划面积150平方公里。新区共分为5个功能区域:西部的高新技术产业园区重点发展以数字技术为主的高新产业,中部的东戴河新城重点发展文化、教育、商贸、地产及行政办公,东部的临港工业园区重点发展先进制造业,南部的滨海旅游观光带重点发展文化旅游业,东南部的石河亿吨综合港区重点发展港口物流和临港产业。
Dongtai New District in Liaoning Province is the starting point of Liaoning coastal economic belt, planning an area of 150 square kilometers.
