苏里格南天然气开发项目是中国石油第一个中方担任作业者的对外合作项目,通过5年前期评价、4年全面开发,截至2016年7月底,苏里格南气田总产气量突破50亿立方米,相当于替代665万吨煤炭,减少二氧化碳排放710万吨,二氧化硫11万吨。在推动大苏里格气区240亿方天然气年产量平稳发展的同时,苏里格南项目已成为中国石油陆上天然气对外合作开发的典范,同时也被道达尔石油公司评为“世界最优质项目”之一。
The Sulige Nann natural gas development project is the first Sino-Oversea cooperation project of China as a operator. After 5 years of preliminary evaluation, it has been fully developed in 4 years. By the end of July 2016, the total gas production in the Sulige Gasfield exceeded 5 billion Cubic meter, which is equivalent to replacing 6.65 million tons of coal, reducing 7.1 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions and 110,000 tons of sulfur dioxide. While promoting the steady development of 24 billion cubic meters of natural gas in the Greater Sulige gas area, the Sulige South project has become a model for Sinopec’s overseas cooperation in the development of onshore natural gas and also rated by Total Oil Company as the “ Quality project ”one.
