1 前言 70年代以来,循环流化床技术在固体燃料清洁燃烧领域获得了广泛的应用。与常规煤粉炉相比,其优势在于燃料适应性广,环保效果好,燃烧效率高,以及负荷调节快等。杭州某热电厂采用的两台循环流化床锅炉,型号为NG-75/3.82-M2,额定蒸发量为75t/h,额定蒸汽压力为3.82MPa,额定蒸汽温度为450℃,锅筒工作压力为4.22MPa,给水温度为150℃。Ⅱ型布置,前部为流化床炉室,在中间大斜度的水平烟道中依次布置高温和低温过热器, 1 Introduction Since the 1970s, circulating fluidized bed technology has been widely used in the field of solid fuel clean combustion.
