对电硅热法微碳铬铁电炉残存炉底的不同部位进行了实地取样,通过化学分析和岩相观察,论述了炉衬侵蚀的原因和机理,并提出了延长炉衬寿命的改进措施。
In this paper, different parts of the residual furnace floor of the micro-carbon ferrochrome furnace were sampled in the field. The chemical analysis and facies observation were used to discuss the reason and mechanism of the furnace lining erosion. The improvement measures of prolonging the lining life were proposed.
