76例蛛网膜下腔出血心电图异常者占84．2％，其中，节律异常18例中窦性及室上性心动过速占44％．形态异常26例中ST段及T波改变和出现U波占65．4％．节律及形态异常20例中，以窦性心动过应合并ST段改变占20％．EKG变化与蛛网膜下腔出血量、出血部位及预后有一定关系．
76 cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage electrocardiogram abnormalities accounted for 84.2%, of which 18 cases of sinus rhythm and supraventricular tachycardia accounted for 44%. Morphological abnormalities in 26 cases of ST segment and T wave changes and U wave accounted for 65.4%. Rhythm and morphological abnormalities in 20 cases, sinus bradycardia with ST segment changes accounted for 20%. Changes in EKG and subarachnoid hemorrhage, bleeding site and prognosis have a certain relationship.
