用一种以上材料所构成的梁称为组合梁。对于组合梁横截面上正应力分析,过去高等学校《材料力学》教科书中多是以两种材料构成的组合梁为例介绍变换截面法。笔者从教学实践中提出折算系数法不须进行形状的变换。折算系数法概念清楚,既易掌握,又便于应用。假设梁由m种不同材料制成,其横截面如图1(a)所示,分析这种梁吋,仍采用弯曲理论,根据纯弯曲时梁的平面假设,可以提出从梁顶到梁底的应变遵循线
Beams made of more than one material are called composite beams. For the analysis of the normal stress on the cross section of the composite beam, the transforming section method was used as an example of a composite beam composed of two materials in the textbook “Materials Mechanics”. The author proposes that the conversion coefficient method does not require shape transformation from the teaching practice. The concept of the conversion coefficient method is clear, easy to grasp and easy to apply. Assume that the beam is made of m different materials and its cross section is shown in Figure 1(a). Analysis of this type of beam still uses the bending theory.
