党和政府高度重视党建和思想政治教育工作。尽管取得不少成绩,高校党建和思想政治教育仍面临着诸多挑战。以“阳光号列车”为代表的志愿服务组织是大学生党建和思想政治教育工作的重要抓手,是社会主义核心价值观的重要载体,在立德树人方面发挥了不可替代的作用。弘扬志愿精神新常态,探索新媒体背景和社会治理视角下志愿服务长效机制,促进志愿服务客体主体化,能有效增强志愿服务在党建和思想政治教育工作中的育人实效。
The party and government attach great importance to party building and ideological and political education. Despite many achievements, Party building and ideological and political education in colleges and universities still face many challenges. The volunteer service organization represented by “Sunshine Train ” is an important starting point for the party building and ideological and political education of college students, an important carrier of the core values of socialism, and plays an irreplaceable role in the Lideshu people.
