尼索地平(Nisoldipine)属于二氢吡啶类的血管扩张剂,是一种速效、长效、适应症宽、副作用小的新型钙通道阻滞荊,能增加冠脉血流量,降低心肌耗氧量,有预防心肌缺血及室性心律失常的作用。本文介绍用紫外分光光度法测定其含量。 1 仪器和药品紫外一可见分光光度计,型号分别为UV—210、730和751G。尼索地平样品,为药学系有机化学教研室提供;尼索地平精制品(自制),熔点149.5~150.5℃,用薄层层析法检查,未发现杂质斑点。
