1病例报告患者，42岁，因发冷、发热半月，下腹剧痛9小时人院。半月前无诱因出现寒战、发热，伴下腹吊痛及厌食，全身乏力，未予任何治疗。入院前9小时突然出现下腹持续性剧痛，疼痛难忍，数小时后自觉四肢发冷，全身出冷汗，伴恶心、呕吐一次。查体：T355“C，P140次／min，R3
A case report of patients, 42 years old, due to chills, fever half months, abdominal pain nine hours hospital.
