一九五三年七月八日中央財政部、內務部、衛生部,發出之內衛醫財聯字第一二三二號聯合通知。現作如下兩點補充: (一) 關於帶病回鄉軍人舊病複發收回部隊慢性病員醫院治療,住院期間,生活待遇的供給辦法: 1.凡住康複醫院(接收部隊慢性傷病員)中的帶病回鄉單人,其住院期間的醫藥、治療、伙食費可按陸軍供給標準實行。一切物品除下述規定者外,不得發給個人。 (1) 服裝:不分原有級別一律按地方幹部式樣發給,夏季發單衣二套布鞋一雙。冬季發棉衣一套、棉鞋一雙、襪子一雙。 (2) 津貼費每人每月按陸軍標準之新戳士生活津貼補助為原則。 2.住院期間家屬來院探望,可按部隊陸軍標準招待、貧苦者可按實際情况酌發路費一部或全部,一般不發。
