英语是一种口语,是人们传递信息,交流思想和情感的工具。从历史的演化和国家之间的发展交流来看,学好英语是很必要的,而英语教学的最终目的是培养学生运用英语进行交际和获得信息的能力。它不仅要学生学习语言基础知识,而且为之进行有效地交际,因而英语教学应以口语活动为主要形式,培养和提高学生的口语表达能力,在当今英语教学中占有重要地位。
English is a spoken language, a tool for people to transmit information and exchange ideas and emotions. From the historical evolution and the exchange of ideas between countries, it is necessary to learn English well. The ultimate goal of English teaching is to cultivate students’ ability to use English to communicate and gain information. It not only requires students to learn the basic knowledge of language but also to effectively communicate with each other. Therefore, English teaching should take oral activities as the main form to cultivate and improve students’ oral expression ability, which plays an important role in today’s English teaching.
