卖房路年关刚过,就有媒体报道,山东某县不少公务员年前接到任务:新的一年里,必须介绍自己的亲戚朋友,至少在县城内购买两套新建商品房。否则,他们的“月饷”可能就被停了。这当然是因为房子卖不出去了。从2009年开始,该县启动大规模新城建设,面积增加了一半以上,眼看只有土地出让收入才能帮衬财政的巨大负担,可房屋确实无法顺利销售。
