综合运输体系在促进城镇要素跨域流动、支撑城镇经济协调发展、引导城镇产业合理布局等方面具有重要作用,是县域经济增长和县域产业聚集的重要影响因素。文章针对县域综合运输体系发展中存在的一些问题,从新型城镇化与县域产业聚集关系入手,分析了县域综合运输体系对县域产业聚集发展的影响作用,提出了县域综合运输体系规划中应注意的一些关键性问题。
