卢维思,香港投资推广署署长。2000年上任以来,他带领投资推广署吸引了包括迪斯尼公司在内的大批海外公司的投资。凭借其出色的工作业绩,他获得2001年度“杰出传播人”大奖,并于2006年底,应邀到美国西北大学商学院讲学。
Rowe, director of Hong Kong Investment Promotion Agency. Since taking office in 2000, he led InvestHK to attract investment from a large number of overseas companies, including Disney. With his outstanding performance, he won the 2001 “Outstanding Communicator” award, and at the end of 2006, he was invited to give lectures at the Northwestern University Business School.
