地处新世纪祖国大陆第一缕阳光照射地的浙江省温岭市,在改革开放春风的沐浴下,自1989年跨入财政收入超亿元县行列后,1995年跻身全省十强,1996年跃居台州市第一,在1997年增幅趋缓的情况下,1998年恢夏至20%,地方财政收入排位递进至全省第四位,1999年财政总收入达85745万元。这些成绩的取得,来自于温岭市委、市政府争创一流的拼搏精神,来自于温岭百万人民的艰苦努力,来自于温岭财税人对事业孜孜不倦的追求。展望未来,
Located in Wenling City, Zhejiang Province, the first ray of sunlight in the motherland in the new century, under the shower of the spring breeze of reform and opening up, it entered the top ten in the province in 1995 after entering the ranks of over 100 million yuan in revenue in 1989.
