目的探讨全科医学在社区诊疗中的应用价值。方法随机选取我社区在2011年10月至2014年10月间收治的120例疾病患者,对所有患者应用全科医学进行卫生诊疗,观察在应用全科医学进行卫生诊疗后患者的病情及患者的满意度。结果应用全科医学进行卫生诊疗,治疗结束后,120疾病患者的病情均得到治疗,治疗率达96.6%;并且患者的综合满意率为95.0%。结论在社区诊疗中,应用全科医学,不仅能极大的提高患者的治疗效果,还能提升患者的满意度,能有效的促进社区医疗的进步。
Objective To explore the value of general practice in community diagnosis and treatment. Methods A total of 120 patients with disease in our community from October 2011 to October 2014 were randomly selected and all the patients were treated with general medical practice. All the patients were treated with general medical practice and the patients’ Satisfaction. Results The medical treatment of general medical practice was carried out. After the treatment was over, all the 120 disease patients were treated with the treatment rate of 96.6%. The overall satisfaction rate of the patients was 95.0%. Conclusion In the community clinics, the application of general practice can not only greatly improve the patient’s therapeutic effect, but also improve the patient’s satisfaction and can effectively promote the progress of community health care.
