一、工程概况我校一幢七层宿舍楼,建筑面积3357m~2,总造价126万元。开间为3.6m,底层层高3.5m,二～七层为3.2m,出屋面楼梯间为2.7m,总高度25.4m,长34.42m,宽11.24m。中间为走廊,南面为寝室,北面设盥洗间、厕所间、楼梯间,每层平面相同(图1)。八字型转角118°,短边分别为四、五、六层踏步式,与长边七层连接为一体。室内外高差60cm,底层框架结构,二层以上北面C、D轴为构造柱到顶,其余均为混合结构,砖墙厚度
I. Project Overview Our school has a seven-storey dormitory building with a building area of 3357m~2 and a total cost of 1.26 million yuan. The open space is 3.6m, the base floor height is 3.5m, the second to seventh floor is 3.2m, the exit stairway is 2.7m, the total height is 25.4m, the length is 34.42m, and the width is 11.24m. The corridor is in the middle, the dormitory is in the south, the washroom, the toilet room, and the stairwell are set in the north, and each plane is the same (Figure 1).
