现代教育理论认为:学校教育应着眼于教学生学会学习,培养学生的自主学习能力,培养学生的团结协作精神,夯实学生“终身学习”的基础。但是多年来,传统的教学模式常常在平时的课堂教学中存在着,这种以教师为中心的传统教学观念、方法已经严重阻碍和干扰了学生之间的人际主动,交往的双向性,学生缺少大胆的丰富多彩的思考,缺少创新精神,缺少合作意识,缺少合作行为,很难适应快节奏的社会发展。
