利用大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌流和全脑缺血再灌流损伤两种动物模型,观察黄芪注射液对脑缺血后再灌流期间血脑屏障及脑血流的保护作用。结果显示,与相应对照组比较,不论是全脑缺血还是局灶性脑缺血1h后再灌流3d,应用黄芪的各组动物脑水肿明显减轻,血脑屏障通透性改善,大脑局部血流量显著增加。提示黄芪对脑缺血后脑水肿、血脑屏障、大脑局部血流量具有保护作用
The protective effects of Huangqi Injection on blood-brain barrier and cerebral blood flow during reperfusion of cerebral ischemia were observed in two animal models of focal cerebral ischemia and reperfusion and global cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury. The results showed that compared with the corresponding control group, cerebral edema in each group of animals with Astragalus membranaceus was significantly reduced, blood-brain barrier permeability was improved, and cerebral blood was localized after cerebral ischemia for 1 h and focal cerebral ischemia for 3 days. Traffic increased significantly. It is suggested that Astragalus has a protective effect on cerebral edema, blood-brain barrier and cerebral blood flow after cerebral ischemia
