我们自1994年以来，应用高压氧（HBO）治疗长达32天～299天的持续性植物状态（PSV）患者9例.发现其中仅经2次HBO治疗即获完全苏醒3例（33.33％）经20～30次治疗基本痊愈.追踪随访6月～12个月证实疗效巩固，康复良好.观察结果表明：应用HBO治疗PVS的促醒疗效与颅脑病理损伤程度及HBO实施迟早时机关系密切.因此，本文认为早期选用HBO综合临床药物治疗PVS;能尽早解除氧债，减轻经发性颅脑损伤，从而加速促醒，提高治愈率.
We have treated 9 patients with persistent vegetative state (PSV) for 32 days to 299 days with hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) since 1994. Three patients (33.33%) were completely awakened by HBO twice, After 20 to 30 times the treatment was basically cured.Follow-up followed up for 6 months to 12 months to confirm the effect of consolidation, rehabilitation is good.Observation shows that: the application of HBO in the treatment of PVS wakefulness and brain injury severity and HBO implementation of the timing of the close. Therefore, this article suggests that the early selection of HBO comprehensive clinical drug treatment of PVS; as soon as possible to lift the oxygen debt, reduce traumatic brain injury, thereby accelerating wakefulness and improve the cure rate.
