目的探讨输尿管镜下双频激光治疗输尿管中下段结石的临床效果.方法对2006年1月至2012年1月就诊的104例输尿管中下段结石患者应用硬性输尿管镜双频激光治疗.结果本组104例,痊愈64例(61.54%),有效35例(33.65%),失败5例(4.81%),碎石成功率95.19%.结论输尿管镜下双频激光碎石治疗输尿管中下段结石是一种安全有效的理想方法.“,”Objective To investigate the clinical effects of the rigid ureteroscope frequency-doubled dual-pulseNd,YA G in the treatment of the middle-low ureteral calculus.Methods From Jan 2006 to Jan 2012,the 104 patients with ureteral calculus were treated with the rigid ureteroscope and pneumatic lithotripsy process lithotripsy.Results 64 cases(61.54%) were healed,35 cases(33.65%) were effective and 5 cases(4.81%) were failed.the success rate were 95.19%.Conclusions The rigid ureteroscope frequency-doubled dual-pulseNd,YA G pneumatic lithotnpsy was highly effective and safety for the treatment of the middle-low ureteral calculus.
