高校辅导员是高校学生思想政治工作的主要承担者,高职院校学生因为入学门槛低,学生素质普遍不高,政治思想辅导员的作用就显得尤为重要,本文着重从探寻规范和完善高职院校各种机制入手,寻找激发辅导员工作潜能、提高辅导员队伍整体素质的对策和途径。
College counselors are the main undertaker of college students’ ideological and political work. Because of the low enrollment threshold and the generally low quality of students, the role of political counselors becomes more and more important. This article focuses on exploring norms and improving higher vocational education Institutions of various mechanisms to start looking for counselors to stimulate the work potential and improve the overall quality of the counselors countermeasures and ways.
