为了解决6流T形中间罐各水口钢水分配不均、温差大等问题,我们就马钢6流方坯连铸机的T形中间罐作了优化其内腔的水模研究,在中间罐内增设了适当的纵向或横向挡墙进行了试验。试验证明,适当地设置这种挡墙能起到对各水口均匀分配钢水、减小水口间钢水温差的作用。横向挡墙已在生产中应用,效果很好。
In order to solve the problems of uneven distribution of molten steel and large temperature difference at each outlet of 6-flow T-shaped can, we made a research on the model of the cavity of the T-shaped can of 6-strand billet caster in Masteel. In addition to the appropriate vertical or horizontal retaining wall was tested. The test proves that proper setting of this kind of retaining wall can play the role of evenly distributing the molten steel to each nozzle and reducing the temperature difference of the molten steel between the nozzles. Horizontal retaining wall has been applied in production, the effect is very good.
