一面是走在改革前沿的全国知名法院,一面是爆出腐败串案的现实。深圳中院和武汉中院的“沦陷”,说明了权力阶层腐败的严重性,更说明这样一个问题：企业破产进入规范的产权市场交易是必需的。
One side is the well-known national court walking in the forefront of reform, the other side is the reality of the string of corruption cases. The “fall” of the Shenzhen Intermediate Court and the Wuhan Intermediate Court illustrates the seriousness of the corruption of the power stratum. It further illustrates such a problem that it is necessary for a bankruptcy of enterprises to enter a regulated property rights market.
