目的 :观察解毒灌肠液对重症型肝炎和肝炎肝硬变合并内毒素血症的疗效。方法运用解毒灌肠液 (大黄、赤芍、银花、枳实等 )结合西医综合疗法治疗重症型肝炎和肝炎肝硬变合并内毒素血症 40例 ,并与单纯应用西医综合疗法治疗重症型肝炎和肝炎肝硬变合并内毒素血症进行比较。结果 :两组治疗在综合疗效方面 P<0 .0 1 ,在改善临床症状方面 P<0 .0 5 ,降低内毒素方面 P<0 .0 5。提示 :本方具有清热解毒 ,通里攻下 ,活血化瘀作用 ,能够缓减临床症状 ,降低内毒素 ,改善肝功能 ,减少并发症 ,提高存活率
