研究鹿蹄橐吾总黄酮的提取工艺条件。采用超声波法提取鹿蹄橐吾总黄酮,氯化铝显色法,分光光度法测定提取物总黄酮含量,通过正交试验得到最佳提取工艺为:料液比1∶50(g/mL)、乙醇浓度70%、提取时间60min、提取温度55℃。在此条件下鹿蹄橐吾总黄酮提取率为1.92%。采用正交试验-超声提取工艺,能有效提高鹿蹄橐吾总黄酮的提取效率,具有良好的应用前景。
Study on the extraction conditions of total flavonoids of F. sinensis. The total flavonoids were extracted by ultrasonic method. The total flavonoids content was determined by spectrophotometry. The optimum extraction process was obtained by orthogonal experiment: the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:50 (g / mL) , Ethanol concentration 70%, extraction time 60min, extraction temperature 55 ℃. Under this condition, the extraction rate of total flavonoids of F. sinensis was 1.92%. Orthogonal test - ultrasonic extraction process, can effectively improve the extraction efficiency of the total flavonoids of Zooxiflora, has good application prospects.
