我国房地产业已成为国民经济的支柱产业、经济增长点和消费热点。近年来,房地产业发展旺盛,处于高位运行阶段,但也存在非理性的一面,危害到行业本身及经济社会的协调发展,一定程度冲击着和谐社会的建设。对此,笔者提出从落实科学发展观和构建和谐社会的高度出发,分析房地产市场存在的问题,科学规划房地产市场,促使房地产健康、理性发展。
China’s real estate industry has become a pillar industry of the national economy, economic growth and consumer hot spots. In recent years, the real estate industry is booming and in a high stage of operation. However, there is also an irrational side that jeopardizes the coordinated development of the industry itself and its economy and society, and to a certain extent, impinges on the building of a harmonious society. In this regard, the author puts forward from the perspective of implementing the scientific concept of development and building a harmonious society, analyzing the existing problems in the real estate market, scientifically planning the real estate market, and promoting the healthy and rational development of real estate.
