目的:分析泰安市儿童药品不良反应(ADR)的发生特点和规律,为规范临床合理用药,减少患儿ADR发生,促进儿童用药安全提供参考依据。方法:汇总2011年度泰安市477例儿童药品不良反应报告,分别从患儿性别、年龄、给药途径、药品种类、抗感染药物及累及器官/系统等方面进行统计、分析。结果:477例ADR中,抗感染药物引起的ADR377例(70.65%),以头孢菌素类药物最为多见;ADR临床表现以皮肤及其附件损害多见。结论:儿童抗感染药物的不良反应应予重视,要加强对ADR监测工作的重视程度,有效避免和减轻潜在的ADR。
Objective: To analyze the characteristics and rules of ADR in Tai'an and to provide reference for regulating the rational use of drugs, reducing the incidence of ADR in children and promoting the safety of children. Methods: A total of 477 reports of adverse drug reactions in children in Taian city in 2011 were collected and analyzed statistically in terms of gender, age, route of administration, type of drugs, anti-infective drugs and organs / systems involved. Results: Of the 477 ADRs, 377 (70.65%) were ADRs caused by anti-infectives, most commonly with cephalosporins. The clinical manifestations of ADR were more common in the skin and its appendages. Conclusion: Adverse reactions to anti-infective drugs in children should be paid more attention to. The importance of monitoring ADR should be strengthened to avoid and reduce the potential ADR effectively.
