辽宁省政府专题研究扶贫开发工作会议,听取了省扶贫办及有关单位关于扶贫工作的汇报。针对目前全省农村还有1877个贫困村、112万贫困人口,扶贫开发工作任务仍很艰巨的实际,议定了三方面内容。1.完善扶贫开发思路一是坚持扶贫开发与生态建设、产业发展、农业结构调整、产业化经营、发展农产品加工业和农村劳动力转移就业相结合。二是加强部门协作,整合部门扶贫资源。按照“渠道不变、
