采用抑制性回避反应行为模式对小鼠进行训练,训练后立即腹腔注射精氨酸加压素(AVP)。结果表明AVP5~10μg/kg能增强记忆保持,不引起厌恶反应和自发活动的改变。训练前腹腔注射心得安0.5mg/kg能阻断AVP易化记忆的效应。结果提示AVP的促记忆作用,可能是通过增强体内肾上腺素能递质的活动,并有β受体参与而实现。
Mice were trained by the inhibition-avoidance behavioral model and immediately after training, arginine vasopressin (AVP) was injected intraperitoneally. The results show that AVP5 ~ 10μg / kg can enhance memory retention, does not cause changes in aversive reactions and spontaneous activity. Intraperitoneal injection of propranolol 0.5 mg / kg before training can block the effect of AVP facilitated memory. The results suggest that the pro-memory effect of AVP may be achieved by enhancing the activity of adrenoceptor in the body and the involvement of β receptors.
