两年人工接种试验表明,大豆在始荚期和盛荚期受灰斑病菌侵染为害所出现的病粒率最高,分别占各阶段接种病粒总和的29.4%和32.0%;百粒重分别比对照降低5.8%和13.4%。田间试验一次施药的关键时期也是始荚期和盛荚期,单位面积产量分别增加11.1%和8.6%。从而确定了经济有效的施药时期是始荚期至盛荚期。
The two-year artificial inoculation experiments showed that the disease incidence rate of soybean was the highest in the initial podding stage and full-blossoming stage, respectively accounting for 29.4% and 32.0% of the total inoculated grains in each stage; 5.8% and 13.4% lower than the control. The key period of one field application was also the initial pod and Sheng podding period, and the unit area yield increased by 11.1% and 8.6% respectively. To determine the economic and effective application period is the beginning of pod to Sheng pod.
