目的 :探讨吸烟对鼻气道阻力 ( NAR)的影响。方法 :采用前鼻测压法 ,对 40例正常不吸烟者 (对照组 )、41例轻度吸烟者 (轻度吸烟组 )、42例重度吸烟者 (重度吸咽组 )的单侧及总鼻腔NAR进行测定、比较。结果 :重度吸烟组鼻粘膜减充血前单侧及总鼻腔 ( NAR)与对照组比较有显著性差异 ( P <0 .0 5) ,鼻粘膜减充血后则无显著性差异 ( P >0 .0 5) ;轻度吸烟组鼻粘膜减充血前后均无显著性差异 ( P >0 .0 5)。结论 :长期、重度吸烟可导致 NAR的增高 ;这种增高与鼻粘膜的血管因素有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of smoking on nasal airway resistance (NAR). Methods: The anterior nasal pressure was used to measure the number of unilateral smoker (control group), 41 mild smokers (mild smoker group), 42 severe smoker (severe smoker group) unilateral and total Nasal NAR were measured, compared. Results: There was a significant difference in nasal mucosa premoistenus and total nasal cavity (NAR) between the severe smoking group and the control group (P <0.05) and no significant difference after nasal mucosa decongestion (P> 0. 0 5). There was no significant difference in nasal mucosa before and after decongestion in mild smoking group (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Long-term, severe smoking can lead to an increase in NAR; this increase is associated with vascular factors in nasal mucosa.
