目的:探讨DamonⅢ自锁矫治器一步滑动法关闭拔牙间隙的优点,对比治疗前后牙、及软组织侧貌的变化。方法:对18例采用DamonⅢ自锁矫治器矫治的拔除4个前磨牙的病例进行研究,对治疗前后的X线头影测量进行分析,并对测量结果进行配对t检验。结果:平均矫治时间18.9个月,最长24个月,最短14个月。所有病例磨牙均达到I类关系,上下颌牙齿排列整齐,前牙覆覆盖正常。结论:DamonⅢ自锁矫治器在拔牙矫治病例中表现出明显的优势,能很好地控制支抗,软组织侧貌改变明显。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the advantages of Damon Ⅲ self-locking appliance with one-step sliding method to close the extraction space and compare the change of tooth, bladder and soft tissue profile before and after treatment. Methods: Eighteen patients treated with Damon Ⅲ self-locking appliance were enrolled in this study. The pre-and post-treatment X-cephalometry was analyzed and the results were analyzed by paired t-test. Results: The average correction time was 18.9 months, the longest 24 months, the shortest 14 months. All cases of molars reached Class I relationship, upper and lower jaw teeth arranged neatly, anterior cover covered with normal. Conclusion: The Damon Ⅲ self-locking appliance shows obvious advantages in the treatment of tooth extraction and can control the support well. The soft tissue profile changes obviously.
