通过访问法和文献资料综合分析法,对江西省二、三线在训运动员人数的基本情况进行比较分析,认为三线在训运动员的成才率较低,而改变此种方法的唯一途径就是加强对后备人才培养体制改革,加强优势项目布局、教练员素质的培养以及建立完善的竞赛制度。
Through the comparative analysis of the access method and the comprehensive analysis of the literature, this paper analyzes the basic situation of the second and third trainees mobilized in Jiangxi Province, and considers that the third trainee has a low rate of success in training athletes. The only way to change this method is to strengthen the reserve Talent training system reform, strengthening the layout of the advantages of the project, coaches quality training and the establishment of a sound competition system.
