受国家计委委托,邮电部于1997年3月31日至4月1日在湖南省长沙召开了福(杭)贵成光缆通信干线工程竣工验收会。 该工程是“八五”国家和邮电部重点建设项目,东起福州,中经贵阳西至成都及杭州至南昌。途经福建、浙江、江西、湖南、贵州、四川6省,通达县以上城市80多个,工程全长4206.7km(其中,浙江423.5km,福建465km,江西968.8km,湖南792.5km,贵州943.2km,四川 613.7km)共106个局(站),不同区段分别敷设24芯和30芯光缆,使用1310nm波长窗口,开通PDH制式140Mbit/s传输系统9～13个。工程可提供一级干线电路74160条,二级干线电
Entrusted by the State Development Planning Commission, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications held the acceptance inspection meeting of Fukhang (Hangzhou) Guicheng Cable Communication Trunk Line Project in Changsha, Hunan Province from March 31 to April 1, 1997.
