通过Gleeble热模拟试验,研究了加热温度、压下车、变形温度和冷却速度对08Al钢Ar3和Ar1临界点的影响,分析得出了08Al钢热连轧生产中温度制度的最佳控制范围。结果表明:在保证加热质量的前提下,加热温度应控制在1200~1250℃左右;终轧温度控制在900℃左右是比较合理的;轧后冷速应在30℃/S左右.
The influence of heating temperature, pressure reduction temperature and cooling rate on the critical points of Ar3 and Ar1 in 08Al steel was studied by Gleeble thermal simulation. The optimal control range of temperature in 08Al steel was obtained. The results show that under the premise of guaranteeing the heating quality, the heating temperature should be controlled at 1200 ~ 1250 ℃; the finishing temperature controlled at about 900 ℃ is reasonable; the cooling speed after rolling should be about 30 ℃ / S.
