对１２４ 例变应性鼻炎应用１５ ％ 硝酸银涂抹于双侧下鼻甲前端和相对应的鼻中隔前部粘膜，范围约５ ｍ ｍ ２ ，每周一次，连用５ 次，近期疗效较好。鼻腔粘膜的副交感神经活性增高是变应性鼻炎发病的一个重要因素之一。局部应用硝酸银可以降低下鼻甲前端和鼻中隔相对部位的“板机区”的敏感性和兴奋性，以达到治疗的目的。
124 cases of allergic rhinitis with 15% silver nitrate applied to the bilateral inferior turbinate anterior nasal septum and the corresponding front of the mucosa in the range of about 5 m 2 once a week for 5 times, the recent good effect. Increased parasympathetic activity of the nasal mucosa is an important factor in the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis. Topical application of silver nitrate can reduce the inferior turbinate frontal and nasal septum relative parts of the “board machine area” sensitivity and excitability in order to achieve the purpose of treatment.
