以“加快政府职能转变深化行政体制改革”为主题的第四届中国行政改革论坛于2013年7月14日在北京举行。此次论坛由中国行政体制改革研究会主办,本次论坛主要任务是贯彻落实党的十八大和十八届二中全会精神,重点围绕实施《国务院机构改革和职能转变方案》和落实党中央、国务院关于转变政风、改进作风的有关要求,研讨推进转变政府职能、深化行政体制改革、转变政府作风的相关理论和实践问题。
The 4th China Administrative Reform Forum with the theme of “Accelerating the Transformation of Government Functions and Deepening Administrative System Reform” was held on July 14, 2013 in Beijing. This forum is sponsored by the China Administrative Reform Seminar. The main task of this forum is to implement the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress and the Second Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee. We will focus on the implementation of the “State Council Institutional Reform and Functional Transformation Program” and the implementation of the Central Party Committee , The State Council’s requirements on changing political power and improving working style, and discussing the related theoretical and practical issues of promoting the transformation of government functions, deepening the reform of the administrative system and changing the style of government.
