顶岗实习是高职高专人才培养模式的重要载体之一,顶岗实习阶段高职学生思想政治教育存在重视不够,合力不足,技能实训过程和思想政治教育过程融合不够,管理体系不健全等问题。为此,新形势下顶岗实习阶段的思想政治教育应衔接于企业文化,融入职业氛围,开展包括爱岗敬业教育、质量教育、节能降耗教育、业务能力培训教育等内容的思想政治教育。
The internship of posts is one of the most important carriers of training mode of higher vocational and technical colleges. There are not enough attention and deficiency in the ideological and political education of vocational students during the internship in post, the problems of lack of integration of skills training process and ideological and political education, and unsound management system . Therefore, under the new situation, the ideological and political education in the internship phase should be connected with the corporate culture, integrate into the professional atmosphere, and carry out the ideological and political education including the dedication education, quality education, education on energy saving and consumption, training on operational abilities and so on.
