研究以中国员工为研究对象,将47个独立样本纳入Meta分析,运用CMA 2.0软件检验了吸收能力各维度与创新绩效的关系。研究结果显示:(1)知识获取能力、消化能力、转化能力和应用能力均与创新绩效显著正相关,且相关性依次为知识应用能力、转化能力、获取能力和消化能力;(2)潜在吸收能力、现实吸收能力与创新绩效呈正相关关系,且现实吸收能力与创新绩效的相关性大于潜在吸收能力;(3)吸收能力整体正向影响创新绩效。
The study, taking Chinese employees as the research object, included 47 independent samples in the Meta-analysis, and used CMA 2.0 software to test the relationship between various dimensions of absorptive capacity and innovation performance. The results show that: (1) Knowledge acquisition ability, digestibility, transformation ability and application ability are significantly and positively correlated with innovation performance, and the correlations are knowledge application ability, transformation ability, acquisition ability and digestion ability; (2) Potential absorption Ability, the actual absorptive capacity and innovation performance are positively correlated, and the correlation between the actual absorptive capacity and innovation performance is greater than the potential absorptive capacity; (3) The absorptive capacity as a whole positively affects the innovation performance.
