回顾中国石油企业协会(以下简称“石油企协”)30年来的发展历程,成绩可喜可贺,经验可圈可点。概括起来,主要有以下四点基本做法:一、始终抓住管理这一主题不放松。石油企协成立以来的30年,始终扭住管理不放松,不因领导人的变更而改变,不因社会注意力的变化而改变,不因工作人员的更替而改变。可以说30年的协会历史,也是30年始终关注企业管理的历史,30年如一日做到这一点是难能可贵的。
Recalling the 30 years of development history of the China Petroleum Enterprises Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Petroleum Enterprises Association”), the results are gratifying and the experience is remarkable. To sum up, there are mainly four basic approaches as follows: First, always grasp the theme of management and do not relax. In the 30 years since the establishment of the Petroleum Enterprises Association, it has always insisted that management should not relax, that it will not change due to changes in leadership, that social changes will not change, and that changes will not be made due to changes in staff. It can be said that 30 years of association history and 30 years of constant attention to the history of enterprise management can be accomplished in 30 years.
