目的:观察加味藿香正气软胶囊对小鼠离体肠平滑肌收缩活动的影响,并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:通过小鼠离体肠段实验,观察加味霍香正气软胶囊提取物对小鼠正常离体肠收缩活动的影响和对乙酰胆碱引起离体肠兴奋的拮抗作用。结果:加味霍香正气软胶囊提取物在终浓度为0.25 mg/m L,在给药后的15 min内均能明显降低小鼠正常肠段收缩能力(P<0.05或P<0.01);在终浓度为0.50 mg/m L加味霍香正气软胶囊提取物可使乙酰胆碱作用下的肠肌收缩张力减小(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:加味霍香正气软胶囊提取物能明显松弛小鼠正常离体肠收缩和拮抗乙酰胆碱引起的肠兴奋作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of Jiawei Huoxiang Zhengqi Soft Capsule on contractile activity of isolated intestinal smooth muscle in mice and to explore its possible mechanism. Methods: The intestinal tract in mice was used to observe the effect of Jiaweixiaoxiangzheng Capsule extract on contractile activity of normal intestinal mucosa in mice and the antagonistic effect of acetylcholine on excitotoxicity in vitro. Results: The flavonoids of Huoxing Zhengqi soft capsule could significantly reduce the normal intestinal contractility (P <0.05 or P <0.01) at the final concentration of 0.25 mg / m L within 15 min after administration. At the end Concentration of 0.50 mg / m L flavored Huoxian Zhengqi soft capsule extract can reduce the intestinal muscle contraction tension (P <0.05 or P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Flavored Huoxiang Zhengqi soft capsule extract can significantly relax normal intestinal contractions in mice and antagonize acetylcholine-induced intestinal excitability.
