CD4+Th细胞激活后会分化为生物学功能不同的不同谱系辅助性T细胞。分泌IL-9的Th9细胞是新近被鉴定出的一种独立的效应Th细胞亚群,它与变态反应性疾病和自身免疫性疾病关系密切。最近研究认识到,一个复杂的细胞因子网络参与了Th9细胞的调节。本文对参与Th9细胞诱导和分化的细胞因子最新研究进展作一综述和展望。
After activation of CD4 + Th cells will differentiate into different biological functions of different pedigree helper T cells. Th9 cells that secrete IL-9 are a newly identified subset of effector Th cells that are closely linked to allergic and autoimmune diseases. Recent research has realized that a complex network of cytokines is involved in the regulation of Th9 cells. This review summarizes the recent advances in cytokines involved in the induction and differentiation of Th9 cells.
