利用光学电镜、SEM和图像处理软件,分析GCr15钢在不同热处理条件下的微观组织及碳化物形貌的变化规律。结果表明,GCr15钢的微观组织为碳化物和珠光体,珠光体片层间距为0.143μm,且无网状和带状碳化物出现;经退火一步工艺处理后,试验钢中碳化物分布较均匀;经退火二步工艺处理后,试验钢组织中碳化物个数最少,颗粒尺寸较a工艺大,且圆整度差;经退火三步工艺c处理后,碳化物颗粒大、数量多、圆整度好;比较3种工艺球化退火时间,一步工艺时间最短;因此一步工艺为最优工艺。
The changes of microstructure and carbide morphology of GCr15 steel under different heat treatment conditions were analyzed by optical microscope, SEM and image processing software. The results show that the microstructure of GCr15 steel is carbides and pearlite, the pearlite lamella spacing is 0.143μm, and there is no mesh and ribbon carbide appear; after annealing one step process, the distribution of carbides in test steel is more uniform After the annealing process, the number of carbides in the test steel is the smallest, the size of the particles is larger than that of the a-process, and the roundness is poor. After annealing for three-step process c, the carbide particles are large and the number is large The whole process is good. Compared with the three kinds of process ball annealing time, the one-step process time is the shortest. Therefore, the one-step process is the optimal process.
