基于网络控制的PLC冗余系统,通过设备实现冗余所需的自动事件同步和无扰动切换,不会丢失信息,无需切换时间。避免由于单个CPU故障造成系统瘫痪,系统故障率接近于零,保证系统的可靠性、稳定性和实时性。提出在天然气SCADA(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition)系统,即数据采集与监视控制系统中,采用Rockwell公司的ControlLogix PLC冗余系统,利用以太网和ControlNet控制网构建了系统的硬件组网冗余方案,实现数据的采集和对现场设备的自动控制,在实际的应用中取得了良好的效果。
Network-based PLC-based redundant system for automatic synchronization of events and bumpless switching required for redundancy without losing information or switching time. Avoid system failure caused by a single CPU failure, the system failure rate close to zero, to ensure system reliability, stability and real-time. In this paper, a control system of SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition), that is, data acquisition and monitoring control system, is designed by using Rockwell ControlLogix PLC redundancy system and Ethernet and ControlNet control network to build a system hardware redundancy scheme. Achieve data collection and automatic control of the field equipment, the actual application has achieved good results.
